God very recently set this book right-smack-dab in front of my face a few weeks back, when I was perusing the Queen's Library shelves for a completely unrelated piece of literature. He knew what I needed, I'm sure of it, because when I started chapter one, I was hooked. Nodding my head in passionate approval, practically saying "Amen!" out loud on the subway, God's Word spoke straight to my heart through Beth Moore's words. I have always appreciated and been inspired by this woman--she has a gift for explaining Scripture like I will never understand! Please, ladies, do yourselves a lovely favor and pick up this book. If you're like me, you won't be able to put it down. I will not lie and label it "light reading", as it hits some deep issues of why we fall prey to insecurities. But if you are ready for a challenge, get on the Beth Moore wagon (and check out all of her other stellar Bible studies here).
